Preheat the Grill to medium high (375 ̊) with the lid closed for 15 minutes.
While the grill is preheating, rinse and dry the chicken wings with a paper towel. Carefully separate the wings at the joint with a pair of kitchen scissors.
Place the wings in a large bowl, lightly sprinkle with the olive oil. Mix the garlic salt and chicken rub and sprinkle over the wings. Toss the wings to ensure they are coated evenly with the mix.
Place the wings on grill, keeping some space between each wing. Cook for 35-40 minutes, turning half-way through.
When the wings reach 165 ̊ internal temperature, remove from the grill and place in a clean bowl. Turn up the grill to 400 ̊. Pour one cup Whisker Bomb Sweet Heat BBQ Sauce over the wings, sprinkle the wings with Have Mercy! Hot Pepper Sauce, and toss them wings Ol’ Boy!
Put the fully coated wings back on the grill, lid closed, for 3 minutes to get them nice and crispy, and bake that sauce in!
Serve with carrots, celery, your favorite dipping sauce, and ENJOY!
